5th Grade Math

5th grade mathematics provides the foundational skills students will use to be successful in middle and high school.

5th graders develop fluency skills in computation with whole numbers,decimals, and fractions; basic ratio and proportional reasoning and an introduction to expressions and equations. 5th grade also work on basic geometry concepts that will be foundational to upper-level geometry skills.
